If you’re old enough, you probably remember the iconic Track & Field game that was part fun and part frustrating as you mashed two buttons as quickly as possible to run faster or compete in other events. And in Big Time Sports, you can relive some of that same glory. Originally just for Apple Arcade, the game is now available in the App Store completely free. There are a wide variety of different sports to choose from: High Diving, Swimming, Cycling, Basketball, Baseball, Football, Weightlifting, Skateboarding, and Alpine Skiing. You can play each one by yourself or choose a two-player mode. There is even a daily event to come back and enjoy. Each game has its own unique goal. For example, in basketball, you’ll try to make as many shots as possible by pulling back and releasing the ball. But with three missed shots, the game is over. Events like swimming are more difficult as you’ll tap the left side of the screen to kick your legs and the right side of the screen to spin your arms. You’ll need to find the right combination to get moving. All of the games provide a great way to have a quick bit of fun, no matter your age or skill level. Big Time Sports is a free download on the App Store now. It’s for the iPhone and all iPad models. Get Big Time Sports in the App Store
