Montly dolar chart reacted to the 0.7 FIBO and finish with Long legged Doji candle https://www.tradingview.com/x/tHKRsna9/ This week DXY again shows bullish strenght https://www.tradingview.com/x/Pq5uVoCO/ The dollar reacted to the weekly buy zone, previously the structure on the daily chart started to change to sell. Waiting price to retest previous supply zone and give confirmation on daily chart that price will continue lower. On EUR/USD the situation is reversed, on Friday the price closed H4 with bearish engulfing and It looks like it is ready to continue falling to the zones marked below, the daily fvg, and the lower extreme demand zone. If the price will move according to this scenario, I predict a drop in the first part of the week and a turn with the NFP news on Friday. Of course, this is just an idea and a scenario that, if valid with good confirmations on the daily/h4 chart, can bring good opportunities for trading.
Two days with a devastating selloff at the close, a clear sign that the index is not yet ready to position itself above 6100. The first short-term light blue support was broken at Friday's close, and now the index will move towards the underlying support indicated by the blue trendline, where the daily SMA50 also passes through near 6000 points . Holding this support will initiate a new attempt to break 6100. Conquering 6100 is an important phase that will start a new bullish cycle and subsequently act as strong support. The breakout must occur with strength and large volumes.

SUNDAY 2nd Feb Looking at the economic calendar of the week, there is no High Volatility Red Folder News in the week however there is Medium to High Volatility News everyday of the week. On the daily chart, the DOL for NQ which is the all time high has not been taken out yet and the structure price on the high timeframes suggests that price is still looking bullish. With ES however, price crept high towards the High and all time highs set 2 weeks ago and is also suggesting that it is still bullish. With that in mind, I’d like to see structure form a reversal from its current bearish end from last week with a CISD in the 1 Hr preferably, and then would look for long opportunities everyday after that right up until DOL is met. Usual Rule of not trading Monday will be followed and price will just be observed. Every other day however will be watched for trading opportunities.
